Pulse is a social listening and creator intelligence platform operated by Saral. Pulse enables brands to connect their Instagram Business accounts and monitor publicly available Instagram content where their brand is mentioned, tagged, referenced through hashtags.
Pulse helps brands understand brand awareness and creator engagement by collecting and analyzing Instagram content and performance metrics through Meta's authorized APIs.

By connecting your Instagram account to Pulse, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Brand Account Information
When a brand connects an Instagram Business account to Pulse, we collect:
- Instagram Business Account username
- Instagram Business Account ID
- Facebook Page ID associated with the Instagram account

Meta OAuth Tokens
When you authorize Pulse through Meta's OAuth flow, we receive:
- User Access Token
- Page Access Token
These tokens allow Pulse to access Instagram and Facebook APIs on your behalf for the purposes authorized by you.

To provide monitoring and listening functionality, we may collect:
- Brand-defined hashtags
Instagram Content and Metadata
Pulse collects Instagram content that is publicly available through Meta's APIs and is relevant to the connected brand, including:
